“Are you looking for your Roots? Get back to connecting with Nature!” Experiential Wellness Path in the woods of the Campania Region

The experience

Are you curious to know what it is about? Given that it is an emotional journey, we cannot give you many theoretical details… it is an experience that must be lived and told firsthand! Rather, are you ready to leave your comfort zone, let yourself be guided by sensations and rediscover the roots you thought you had lost? If you accept the challenge, you won’t regret it: your instincts and senses will lead you on a journey of rediscovery, connection and lots of vitality!

You will leave your phone and technological devices out of this experience, you just need to bring a large dose of curiosity and learning. Finally you will be able to stop in the present moment without running, to abandon yourself to the emotions of the past, to breathe in the smells of the medicinal plants that your grandparents cured, to share your sensations with authentic travellers as you, to recover the spirit of traditional play and to rediscover your creativity in building manufactured from natural materials!

Remember that you are a person of a thousand colors and a thousand potentials. In order to discover your talents, you will come to explore transversal activities including guided mindfulness, empathic sharing circles, expressive arts with circular economy materials, team-building, workshops on trust, creative writing.

Do not worry, all the energy you put into the activities will be recovered with the final tasting of the typical agri-food products that your ancestors loved so much before emigrating abroad.

The experiential wellness journey in nature is based on scientific sources (forest medicine) and lasts approximately 4 hours. It takes place outdoors, often in public parks in the Campania region, including the Bosco di Capodimonte in the city of Naples.
